WCT had no resolution on the agenda and cast no vote.
I attended under formal notice as a responding participant whose archived communications could be affected.
I held no board vote, no proxy, and no authority to edit the proposed measure or direct its implementation.
Daphne spoke first for the independent directors.
Her resolution covered Vivian's write privileges in HR, communications, vendor management, and the WMG board portal.
Read access would be limited by custodian rules and the continuing records hold, with no self-service download or deletion rights.
All factual responses would move through the secretary and KRR's logged channel.
The measure did not remove Vivian's chair title that day.

Vivian objected before Daphne finished reading.
